Job Title: Project Professional
Location: Barrow-in-Furness or Sheffield. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements - please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.
Salary: £40,500 + depending on experience
What you’ll be doing:
* The implementation of excellent Project Management practice, ensuring our contracts are delivered in accordance with the business LCM model and processes, and to time, safety cost and quality
* Processing of orders utilising SAP and management of the End to End Supply (E2E) Chain to ensure contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are achieved and maintained
* Defining, executing and planning contractual deliverables on time and to budget. Producing metrics and reports to demonstrate performance against contract and customer requirements
* Working with key stakeholders and other functions to ensure timely execution of contractual requirements
* Identifying and analysing potential schedule issues and propose and implement corrective solutions
* Managing stock to meet KPI’s, including making key and integrated decisions
* Chairing multifunctional meetings and represent the Company at customer review meetings, including capturing and producing minutes and action trackers
Your skills and experiences:
* A confident multi-tasker with ability to manage a number of projects effectively, to timescales, quality and within budget
* Understanding and experience of Life Cycle Management
* Excellent IT skills and ability to use SAP and Microsoft Excel
* Proactive with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent Communication Skills and Experience of dealing with customers external to the BAE business and senior stakeholders
* Recognised PM training and/or qualification is advantageous
