Key Responsibilities:
* To manage and maintain a portfolio of existing customer accounts
* To develop and implement effective strategies to drive customer engagement and retention
* To identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing customers

Requirements:
The applicant must have:
* A strong background in customer care, sales, retail, account management, or hospitality
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Working Hours:
This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday 08:30-17:00 and every other Saturday until 12:00.

Salary:
£25,000 - £35,000 per annum depending on experience.
