Job Description:
As Senior Manager Affiliation & Retargeting Europe & North Africa, you will have full ownership of Channel Management & Optimisation, Affiliation, Retargetting and Budget landscape within your scope. Through your agile, collaborative and nurturing style of working, you will:
1. Establish campaigns based on flow, demand, destination needs and budgets.
2. Strategise and innovate campaign management in consultation with teams, reporting on key takeaways, successes and learnings.
3. Act as a partner to your stakeholder groups (agency as well) to hold business reviews and advise where new opportunities can be leveraged.
4. Track affiliate performance in the Europe & North Africa region ensuring campaigns are featured across the network with up to date offers, communications and assets.
5. Manage relationships internally (globally) and externally with a 'high touch' ensuring compliance with Accor's affiliation rules.
6. Invoice management and tracking to closely identify any potential fraud. Corrective actions to be implemented as and when required.
7. Explore new points of sale and realign strategies to optimise campaign efficiencies.
8. Lead and develop a team of direct reports to help unleash their fullest potential.
Qualifications
1. At least 6 years relevant Ecommerce experience within a similar sector, preferably in Affiliate Marketing.
2. Technically astute with all Digital Marketing, Business Models, Advertising Technologies, with a primary focus on Performance Marketing.
3. Well versed in agency management.
4. Fluent verbal and written English is a must. Additional languages such as French and/or German are highly desirable (but not a must).
5. Experience with using analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau and GA.
6. Fully proficient in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel and PowerPoint.
7. Global collaborator and previous experience of working in a matrixed, international organisation is a must.
