Our client is currently looking to recruit an experienced Financial Controller into an exciting role within their head office finance team, which is based at their offices near to Bournemouth, Dorset.
What will the Financial Controller role involve?
Providing strategic recommendations to the Group Finance Director and playing a key role in strategic business decisions. Overseeing the financial management of all construction projects within the company. Ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with relevant regulations, and effective financial planning to support business growth. Responsible for driving financial performance, improving processes, and partnering with operational teams to ensure profitability and efficiency across projects. Taking a lead on all areas finance including budgeting and forecasting, cost control, cash management compliance and auditing. Suitable Candidate for the Financial Controller role:
CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualified. Experience from within the construction industry, or experience of capital projects. Track record of interpreting and analysing financial information. Additional benefits and information for the role of Financial Controller:
