Job Title: Lidl Customer Assistant
Hourly Pay Rate: £12.40 - £13.35 per hour, with an additional £2.00 per hour for bank holidays and £3.50 per hour for nights.
About the Role:
We're a collaborative team that values determination and a willingness to help each other out. As a Lidl Customer Assistant, you'll keep our store running smoothly, providing excellent customer service and taking pride in your work.
You'll be responsible for tasks such as restocking shelves, operating tills, and maintaining the store's cleanliness and organization. We offer a competitive benefits package, including 30-35 days' holiday (pro rata), 10% in-store discount, and a pension scheme.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist customers with their queries and provide excellent service.
* Efficiently manage deliveries and merchandise Non-Food products.
* Bake fresh goods and maintain the bakery area.
