Your Mission: As the Marketing Executive, you will work closely with various teams to implement a robust content strategy aimed at increasing brand awareness, driving website traffic, and generating leads. You will be responsible for managing the company's website, optimising its performance, and ensuring it aligns with the brands vision. Your role will involve overseeing social media accounts, crafting engaging content, and executing email campaigns. Additionally, you will manage marketing data and KPIs through HubSpot, ensure GDPR compliance, and collaborate with internal teams to produce marketing materials that support business objectives. This role requires a proactive approach, with the ability to manage multiple projects and make data-driven decisions to optimise marketing efforts. Key Competencies: L4 CIM Marketing Diploma or a bachelors degree in marketing or similar preferred. At least 3 years of experience in a B2B marketing role, focusing on content marketing, social media, and HubSpot. Proficiency in managing HubSpot CMS, social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest), and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to deliver presentations. Strong analytical skills, with experience using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and SEO tools such as SEMrush. Familiarity with GDPR regulations and a solid understanding of CRM systems, preferably HubSpot. Desirable skills include experience with Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop), Canva, Sales Navigator, and Netsuite ERP. Location : Based at either the Billingham or Wynyard office, with hybrid working options available. Holiday : 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays.
