What you’ll own Qualifies and prospects both inbound and outbound leads to create opportunities for the Sales Team. Generates sales leads through outbound calling, digital channels and other lead generation programs. Maintains sales leads documentation. Develops sales strategies to draw in and solicit new potential customers. Creates relationships with customers to identify their potential needs and qualify their interests and viability to drive sales. May present product information to new and prospecting clients based on their perceived needs. Moves solid leads through the sales funnel, connecting them to a salesperson, and arranging meetings, emails, or phone calls, as required. Collaborates with sales executives to ensure the company’s goals and targets are met. Other related duties assigned as needed. Where you’ll own it You’ll own it in our London hub. What you bring Experience in a support level role. General education – degree level not required – or vocational/on the job training. Substantial understanding of the role, applying judgement in decision making. Ability to work independently on routine work, whilst taking general instructions on new work.
