Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, the Recruitment Administrator is responsible for the effectiveness of the day-to-day Recruitment administration activities, providing the best support to our customers.
You will support the Recruitment team with day-to-day recruitment administration and have the opportunity to get involved with talent attraction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Scheduling Telephone, Face to Face, and TEAMS interviews.
* Supporting with resourcing suitable candidates for open roles via job boards/LinkedIn, etc.
* Being proactive and committed to building and maintaining strong relationships with both candidates and hiring teams, to instill trust and confidence and ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
* Performing administrative duties and continuous improvement projects as required to support the wider people team.
* Monitoring the recruitment careers email inbox.
* Assisting with the production and formatting of job descriptions.
* Providing reports on recruitment activity when needed.
* Entering agency worker new starter information into the Recriut platform.
* Maintaining the agency's non-direct spreadsheet.
* Managing recruitment processes in line with GDPR requirements.
* Other duties as required.

* The successful applicant will have experience working in a similar role in a busy office environment.
* Ability to prioritise and organise workload.
