Remuneration: £50,000 - £55,000 neg + 20% bonus

The role of the National Sales Manager - Mechanical Ventilation Products will involve:
1. Field sales position selling a high-quality manufactured range of mechanical ventilation & heat recovery systems
2. Managing, developing, and leading a small team
3. Mapping sales targets and the strategy for the UK market
4. Selling to and generating specifications with M&E consultants, M&E contractors, building services consultants, architects, contractors, specifiers, and housing developers
5. Developing relationships with various national electrical wholesalers
6. Dealing with typical projects of around £50k - £500k depending on the size of the project
7. Projects could include high-rise residential, apartment blocks, hotels, etc.
The ideal applicant will be a National Sales Manager - Mechanical Ventilation Products with:
1. Experience selling to M&E consultants & M&E contractors, building services consultants, main contractors, and sub-contractors (not essential)
2. Experience selling HVAC products such as ventilation products, ventilation systems, heat recovery units, ducting units, air handling units, air conditioning, extract fans, boilers, radiators, attenuation units, etc.
3. Ideally, people management experience (not essential)
4. Strong technical knowledge and capabilities
5. Genuine hunger and desire to achieve
6. Results-oriented and energetic
