Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to join our team at AQA. As a key member of our software solutions team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of advanced automation strategies to support our testing framework.
About the Role
* Lead a team of skilled testers in the development and implementation of automation strategies
* Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party partners to deliver scalable and reliable software solutions
* Provide strategic guidance on automation best practices and ensure the team uses the latest tools and methodologies
* Mentor and coach team members to foster an environment of continuous growth and technical advancement
Responsibilities
* Design, plan, and deliver software solutions and software solution integrations
* Ensure the successful delivery of software solutions projects in line with agreed timescales and priorities
* Mentor and coach other team members to drive personal and professional development
* Identify ways to continually improve team processes and ways of working
Requirements
* Significant experience as a successful Test professional with evidence of delivering tasks at a high level of quality
* Experience of leading functional and non-functional testing teams, including use of automation
* Ability to lead by example to develop and maintain effective working relationships with a range of partners and stakeholders
