The role will involve managing the day to day running of our websites including preparation of products for shipping, stock management (ordering, rotation stock levels), label printing, liaising with customer service, dealing with issues from suppliers, couriers, software providers etc; website and related software maintenance to ensure timely and accurate delivery of customers orders.
The role will also entail developing and maintaining processes within to ensure the efficient running of the workplace as well as training staff and managing staff workload. The successful candidate will work with other staff members and owners to develop sales across our platforms.
Qualifications
* Strong background in logistics, supply chain, and warehouse management systems
* Experience in shipping & receiving operations
* Proficiency in transportation management systems and ERP systems
* Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on profit & loss
* Knowledge of business processes and continuous improvement methodologies
* Previous experience supervising teams in a fast-paced environment

Pay: £24,259.79-£29,022.59 per year
