To work with and support the Technical Manager in ensuring food safety compliance within the business, predominantly focusing on administrative tasks. Reporting to the Technical Manager, responsibilities for the role will include: Efficiently handling and managing all customer complaints, liaising with suppliers and customers Assisting with implementation and maintenance of the BRCGS Storage and Distribution accreditation Carrying out finished goods product checks against artwork or product specification at goods intake Organising samples for product testing Process control paperwork Actioning customer requests related to product details in a timely manner Essential / Desirable skills include: Degree in Food/Nutrition/Product Development or similar Great attention to detail and accuracy Good written and verbal communication skills. Can-do attitude Proven IT skills and ability to demonstrate working knowledge of MS Office Understanding or experience of BRC requirements.
