Our clients operate this stunning city centre hotel, serving a modern style of ‘gastro’ menu, with an all day menu, using the region's finest ingredients and put together in a creative and fun way.
This lovely hotel, situated in the bustling city-centre, is looking to recruit an experienced Chef de Partie to join the kitchen in this very talented team.
With an emphasis on local, seasonal foods, cooked using modern & interesting techniques, with the latest chefs kit, this really is a great opportunity for a career-minded chef to make a name for themselves, working in a very supportive environment for the region's leading Independent Gastro pub & Hotel group.
The ideal Chef de Partie will have the following attributes:
* Experience working with fresh food, be it in Restaurant, Hotel or Gastro pub
* Ideally worked in a fresh food led kitchen, although a desire to learn is equally important
* Demonstrate at least 1 year in a similar position
* Desire & attitude to learn every day, soak up the style of service, and high standards of the kitchens; hard work, passion & desire are the attributes my client is looking for
