In this role, you will play a vital part in the Project Management of marine and interior outfit projects, from project set up to on-site work and project close down.
As a Junior Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to travel worldwide for approximately 25% of the year, contributing to projects in various locations.
This role would suit someone early on in the Project management career, looking to develop and further their skills and knowledge.

As a Junior Project Manager, you will work with a Project Manager on large-scale projects and take the lead on smaller works. Your responsibilities will include coordinating and carrying out a wide range of complex tasks to ensure successful project completion.
Some of your key duties will involve:
1. Liaising with the Project Manager or client on progress, risks, and financial status.
2. Having a clear understanding of the project's scope.
3. Collaborating with stakeholders to procure all necessary materials, labour, and logistics.
4. Attending and contributing to project meetings throughout the duration of the project.
5. Controlling and monitoring project performance according to specifications, budget, and timeline.
6. Assisting the project managers or taking the lead for the team during refit works onboard ships.
7. Contributing to the effective management and promotion of Health and Safety on-site.
8. Handling various other project-related tasks across different areas of the business.
This is a permanent, full-time position.
Basic salary £25,000 to £35,000 per year (dependent on experience), along with a comprehensive benefits package. As you progress and gain more experience, regular salary reviews will be conducted every 6-12 months.
