Main tasks and responsibilities
* Manage and drive sales of new equipment in the Northern Region, particularly focusing on building entrances & secure automation solutions.
* Engage directly with a mix of end users, contractors, and faade consultants, developing meaningful relationships that lead to successful long-term partnerships.
* Provide accurate sales forecasts and develop growth plans to increase quality project-related enquiries.
* Conduct site surveys, develop solution specifications, and work closely with estimators to offer tailored solutions to our clients.
* Represent industry events, fostering relationships, and acting as an ambassador for our brand.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience:
* Demonstrated experience in business development and sales ideally within a construction environment.
* Confident and experienced in conducting site visits.
* Ability to communicate technical information precisely to both internal teams and external clients. Comfortable with speaking and delivering to large groups.
* Confident in using CRM systems and proficient with MS Office.
* Motivated by hitting targets, with a proactive and consultative sales approach.
