Job Title: Valuer Location: Aldridge Basic: £26,500(Including car allowance) OTE: £33000(with initial guarantee commission in place) Commission : 6% on sales Job Types: Full-time, Permanent A minimum of 1 year's experience in Valuations is required. A multi-branch, highly reviewed estate agency is looking for professional and motivated Valuer. The ideal applicant should have an outgoing and bubbly personality, capable of giving full commitment and being prepared to work hard. Good IT skills are essential as is the ability to work under pressure. Responsibilities for this Valuer role will include: Conducting valuations Selling Professional Photography Putting properties on and updating the CRM system Creating write-ups Creation of system to follow up on previous valuations Skills & Experience for this Valuer role: 12 months Estate Agency experience required Presentable & confident when meeting new clients Confident in front of a camera to record property videos Creating new leads Ability to identify opportunities for Conveyancing & Mortgage referrals Supplemental pay types: Commission pay 6% Experience: estate agency: 1 year (required) Working Days: Monday to Friday 9:00-5:30pm, Plus 1 Saturday 9:00-3:00 pm every other week and a day off in Lieu when doing this week
