About the role
The PMO Analyst will support the success of projects, programs, and portfolios by regularly managing and updating the Portfolio Management tool (Planview), providing analytical support, reporting, and process optimization. You will be a critical part of ensuring that Portfolio Management Offices run smoothly.
You will be supporting and guiding the Project Management team, helping them understand processes and how they apply to I&T project delivery framework. You will provide insight on project health and status, helping the Delivery Lead understand the overall compliance and position of the full Portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain and update the Portfolio Management tool (Planview).
2. Manage and track vendor Statements of Work (SOW).
3. Manage and track divisional recharges.
4. Ensure Delivery Framework compliance through reporting and support.
5. Analyze information sources to create informed reporting insights for portfolio alignment.
6. Engage relevant stakeholders to drive alignment across the portfolio.
7. Provide templates and tools to enable effective and efficient project delivery.
8. Support ongoing development of the I&T Delivery Framework.
9. Work closely with delivery leads and project managers for timely and consistent reporting.
10. Conduct analysis, enable value benefits management, and collaborate with senior staff on data presentation.
