Responsibilities
* Assist with the implementation of the Council’s roles and responsibilities as the Lead Local Flood Authority for the Borough, with regard to the Flood and Water Management Act 2010
* Assist the Drainage and Flood Risk Team Leader in the development and maintenance of the Council’s Flood Risk Management Strategy
* Assist in the design and implementation of drainage and municipal engineering schemes
* Provide support for the provision of technical advice on a variety of flooding and drainage matters, under guidance, to other members of the Service Area, members of the Public and others within the Council.
