HR Advisor Role
Oakleaf Partnership is partnering with a dynamic and growing international organisation to fill an exciting HR Advisor position. This role serves as the primary point of contact for all HR-related support across the business, offering a high degree of autonomy.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing guidance and support on various HR policies and procedures, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.
They will also be involved in conducting employee surveys, analysing data, and implementing recommendations to improve employee engagement and retention.
About the Opportunity
* Job Type: Permanent
* Salary: £44-48k per annum
* Benefits: Excellent benefits package
* Location: Hungerford, Berkshire
* Working Arrangement: Hybrid working with travel required
Key Responsibilities
* Provide HR-related support and guidance to employees across the business
* Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with best practices
* Conduct employee surveys and analyse data to inform recommendations for improvement
* Work closely with management to resolve employee relations issues and provide coaching and development opportunities
* Maintain accurate records and reports on HR metrics and trends
