Chesterfield venues are currently looking for a senior technician to join the team on a full-time permanent basis.
Duties will include delivering technical elements of events at the Winding Wheel Theatre and other council buildings as required.
The successful applicant will have had previous technical theatre experience in a professional environment. You will be able to work using your own initiative, and as part of team, as well as having people management skills and be a good communicator. The successful applicant should be experienced in lighting board and sound desk operation and set construction.
The venues operate 7 days a week including some Bank Holidays, consequently a flexible approach to working hours is essential. Exact shifts will relate to the performance or event starting times and there are seasonal changes.
