This role is ideal for someone who is available to work Mondays and Tuesdays and can provide additional coverage during holidays.
Key responsibilities of this receptionist role:
1. Great and welcome clients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanour
2. Answer and direct incoming phone calls, taking messages accurately
3. Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the firms calendar
4. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
5. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning and data entry
6. Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
Skills required for this receptionist role:
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
8. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
9. Basic computer skills
10. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
11. Previous experience as a receptionist is essential
12. Must be able to cover holidays as needed
