Leisure Facilities Manager (Hybrid) needed in Atherstone, £22.65ph PAYE - Reference: 5259605
Will be working 3 days a week initially, with the potential to increase this. Duration will be for 3 months initially.
Role Overview
The role is operational, with responsibility for day-to-day management of the service across multiple sites.
Responsibilities
1. Manage and develop the service portfolio in compliance with the Authority's policies, Leisure Facilities Strategy, Divisional and Service Improvement Plans, and relevant legislation.
2. Ensure the consistent delivery of a high-quality, financially viable, and sustainable service for the local community across the leisure facilities.
3. Work in close cooperation with internal and external partners, senior officers, and Councillors.
4. Participate fully in the Divisional Management Team and contribute to the management of the Leisure and Community Development Division.
Contract Type
This is a full-time role on a temporary contract basis.
