Reports To: Sales & Marketing Manager
Role Overview:
The Sales & Marketing Assistant will support the Sales & Marketing Manager in promoting Copperchase products and services, managing marketing materials, coordinating events, and assisting with sales administration. This role also involves general administrative duties, website updates, and customer interactions to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Promotion
* Assist in marketing Copperchase products and services.
* Develop and manage promotional materials, press releases, and advertisements.
* Maintain and update Copperchase websites with relevant content.
* Support the creation of sales literature, mailshots, and marketing campaigns.
Sales Administration
* Assist in the preparation and management of quotations and proposals.
* Update and maintain the Sales Calendar.
* Handle customer orders and cooperate with Accounts Department.
Event Coordination & Customer Engagement
* Organize and prepare for exhibitions, trade shows, and corporate events.
* Assist in hosting visitors, ensuring refreshments and hospitality needs are met.
General Administration & Communication
* Assist with general office duties, including reception coverage and handling telephone inquiries.
* Provide administrative support to the managing Director and Sales & Marketing Manager.
* Assist in Copperchase operations where possible.
Required Experience & Skills:
* Understanding of sales and marketing principles.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
* Familiarity with email marketing and internet-based research.
* Basic knowledge of Copperchase products (training provided).
