A highly successful and rapidly growing business based in Brentwood, Essex is looking for a HR Manager to join the team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business where you can quickly add value.
As the HR Manager, supported by the Talent & Development Manager and the HR Assistant, you will play a key role in shaping and developing the HR function and will be the go-to person for all employees within the business and setting professional standards.
Your key responsibilities as HR Manager will include:
1. Monitoring and reviewing HR policies and processes in line with employment regulations.
2. Dealing with HR queries and providing ongoing HR advice and support to all employees within the business.
3. Managing employee relations casework.
4. Recruitment and attracting new talent through to induction.
5. Overseeing talent development throughout the business.
This role would suit an experienced HR Manager or HR Business Partner with a CIPD Level 5 qualification (or above). You will have high volume internal recruitment experience and will be organised, proactive, and have excellent communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships.
The salary on offer is up to £55,000 per annum plus a benefits package which includes access to a quarterly bonus scheme, personalised training and development opportunities for progression, BUPA health plan, subsidised gym membership, and exciting incentive opportunities to name a few.
