Job Duties:
Supporting the primary teacher in delivering lessons
Assisting with classroom management and student supervision
Providing one-on-one or small group support to students
Helping with the preparation of teaching materials
Assessing and recording student progress
Communicating effectively with parents and colleagues
Required Qualifications:
GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
Relevant experience working with children
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
DBS- Enhanced child only- on the update service (we can help you with this)
EWC registration (we can help you with this)
Education:
Minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
Experience:
Previous experience working with children is essential
Knowledge and Skills:
Understanding of primary education principles
Ability to engage and motivate students
Strong organisational skills
Basic IT skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
First Aid certification
Working Conditions:
Work in a primary school setting
Full-time hours, temporary position

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
