Location: Sophia Gardens, Cardiff – due to the nature of the role the post holder will be required to travel to other venues.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week – due to the nature of the role the post holder will carry out their duties at such times/days which are most effective to perform the tasks required. This will include evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays.
Glamorgan County Cricket Club is seeking to appoint a high-performance focused Head Coach to lead their senior Women’s Team.
The successful candidate will be a values-driven individual with a passion for improving players and teams through fostering an inclusive high-performance culture both on and off the field.
The Women’s Head Coach will be able to set out a vision and plan for success and will demonstrate excellent communication skills while operating as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
