**Salary:** £25,000 to £27,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
**About the Role:** As a Chef de Partie, you will be working in a team of chefs, preparing, cooking and presenting dishes for your section. You will also carry out all mis-en-place for the next shift, ensuring stock is rotated on a first in, first out basis.
**Responsibilities:**
* Cater for lunch service in the bar area, which offers a selection of lighter meals and snacks
* Cater for dinner service in the main restaurant, ensuring the food you're preparing is of the right quality and that the dish presentation meets company standards
* Work closely with senior chefs in the kitchen to plan menus and create special dishes
* Monitor portion and waste control to maintain profit margins
* Ensure high standards of food hygiene and health and safety at all times
