Swift Temps Ltd re currently recruiting for our client who is looking for an experienced part time Finance Administrator, this role is temp to perm Key Responsibilities: Entering financial information on to excel spreadsheets Supporting the Payroll process (end to end) Processing large volumes of expense claims Supporting the Finance Manager with any other duties Credit control and chasing debts Processing invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely manner Maintaining accurate financial records Reconciling bank statements and managing financial transactions Essential: Must have previous experience in a finance administration role Strong numerical and analytical skills Proficiency in financial software – Sage preferred Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Office, must have excellent Excel skills Must have experience in electronic filling Location: Fully Remote (Candidate must be within commuting distance to Dewsbury) Working Hours Monday- Friday Between the times of 9:00- 5:00pm Flexible Hours: 22.5 per week Pay Rate: £12.31 per hour Laptop and full set up provided to be home based This position is being advertised on behalf of SWIFT Temps Ltd Engineering Recruitment Division who operate as an employment business.
