Focussed on improving availability in our stores through simple processes that are understood by our colleagues to help them execute the plan every day. The Retail Operations team supports the business with defining simple process to land the plan in our stores. A team of three store centric Operations Specialist support you by representing each of the business units and wider business goals – helping to create a consistency and compliant platform for Retail Operations Leading and Developing Your Team: Manage, motivate, and coach a high-performing team to achieve store goals and deliver exceptional customer service. Executing the Availability Strategy: Ensure optimal stock levels and availability, working closely with the operations team to improve inventory management. Defining and Refining In-Store Processes: Develop and streamline store processes to improve efficiency and enhance the customer experience. Driving Store Standards: Maintain high operational and service standards, ensuring the store meets or exceeds company expectations. Managing Daily Operations: Oversee the day-to-day processes in the store, ensuring smooth and efficient running. Contributing to Strategy Development: Collaborate on refining the availability and in-store processes strategies to improve overall store performance. What you’ll need to have Understanding of Store Operations: A solid understanding of store processes and operations (you don’t need to be an expert, but you should be comfortable managing and optimizing store procedures). Passion for Store Standards: A genuine passion for maintaining high store standards and delivering exceptional customer service. Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate goals and foster a positive environment for your team. Leadership Experience: Previous experience in a managerial role, ideally within retail or a fast-paced environment, with a proven ability to lead and develop teams. Strategic Mindset: Ability to manage ongoing processes while being proactive in developing strategies for future growth and operational success. Problem-Solving Skills: A solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to solve challenges head-on and implement lasting improvements.
