The company is a well-established manufacturer of bespoke protective cases that has been supplying the British industry for over 25 years. Producing custom solutions for safely transporting and storing sensitive equipment for both businesses and consumers.
In this role, you will be providing sales support within the office. Monitoring the live chat, inbound phone calls, and emails. Responding to enquiries, showing knowledge, and understanding of products to develop warm and existing sales opportunities.
The Role:
1. Providing Sales Support through engagement with existing clients and warm leads.
2. No weekend work.
3. Monday to Thursday 8:30-5PM, Friday 8:30-4PM.
The Person:
1. Account Management/Sales experience.
2. Cold calling experience.
3. Commutable to Nailsea.
