Working hours: 24 hours per week, including evening and weekend work
Salary: SCP19 – National minimum wage

We’re open during the day for our classes, and evenings for shows and concerts, currently we’re looking for people who have
availability to work both during the day, evenings and weekends.
The impact you’ll make
Take pride in your work and bring your dedication and hard work to the forefront as a vital member of our F&B Team. As a direct
representative of The Glasshouse, you will offer a welcoming, warm, and professional service to our audiences and visitors,
ensuring every interaction is memorable.
You will have the opportunity to work across our various F&B outlets, including our bars, café, and brasserie, adapting to
business needs and gaining diverse experience. Additionally, you will contribute to the success of our prestigious conferences and
external hire events.

Our F&B team members will only be permitted to serve/sell alcohol in accordance with licensing law. If you are under the age of 18
you will be allocated alternative duties within the F&B portfolio.
It would be great if you had experience in:
Customer service in Food and Beverage or Hospitality, beverage preparation
Skills and knowledge of:
Product upselling, cash handling
It also helps if you have:
Table service experience, food hygiene and allergen awareness
You’ll be responsible for:
• Product Upselling: Upsell and recommend products where appropriate.
• Customer Service Excellence: Collaborate with the Audience Experience and FOH Team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Efficient Service: Serve customers efficiently and appropriately, with a professional and warm manner.
• Collaboration with Kitchen Team: Work in tandem with the kitchen team to deliver efficient food service.
• Compliance with Licensing Laws: Always comply with licensing law and internal policy pertaining to the sale and service of
alcohol. If in doubt, refer queries to the on-duty manager immediately.
• Outlet Preparation and Cleanliness: Prep all outlets for service and ensure that all outlets are correctly cleaned down at the
end of each service run.
• Service Area Maintenance: Ensure that your service area is kept clean and tidy throughout service and opening hours.
• Visitor Experience Enhancement: Proactively look for opportunities to enhance visitors’ experience during their time at The
Glasshouse.
• Cash Handling: Ensure that cash handling is completed in accordance with agreed policy and procedure.
• Uniform Standards: Adhere to the correct uniform standards.
• Incident Reporting: Report any incidents or equipment issues to relevant staff members as needed, following policy and
procedure.
• Customer Feedback: Report any customer complaints or feedback to relevant staff members as needed, following policy and
procedure.
• Food Safety Compliance: Comply with all food safety and hygiene measures.
• Area Cleanliness: Proactively ensure that all back of house and front of house areas are always clean and tidy.
