A well established letting agency are looking for a Lettings Administrator to join their team.
The duties:
1. Registering new applicants. Matching criteria to suit landlord and property requirements.
2. Booking Viewings / carrying them out when required.
3. Collate all required legal documents from client / applicants / tenants / property.
4. Manage and maintain system in full.
5. Liaising with landlords and tenants if required for maintenance issues.
6. Manage and maintain process of tenancy preparation up to start date.
7. Manage maintain annual renewal legal documents in a timely manner.
8. Orchestrate quarterly inspections process from start to finish.
The Right person:
1. Must be a Driver.
2. Previous lettings experience is a bonus.
3. Previous Admin experience is a must.
4. Ability to multitask.
Hours:
Monday-Friday 9am-6pm, Saturday 9am-4pm. The role may include Saturday working, if so, a day off in the week will be exchanged.
