We are looking for a Security Vetting Administrator to join our Buildings team located in Cambridgeshire. Please note, this role will be subject to the candidate achieving full security clearance. What you’ll do: Maintain and manage the Vetting process across the site assisting the site security lead Supporting the rest of the projects administration tasks, as and when needed Review all vetting documentation as part of the vetting process and manage the data securely and in accordance with Skanska processes and procedures. Deputise when required for the site security lead and attend relevant meetings including weekly team meetings, and subcontractor prestart meetings to ensure that vetting requirements are realised as early as possible in the project. Adhere to and support Health and Safety plans for security compliance particularly at sites and offices. Assist the security lead in their responsibilities with regards to reporting.
