The Role
Reporting to the Credit Control Manager, you will build and develop relationships with customers and our internal global sales team to understand accounts, ensure timely payments, and work both internally and externally to resolve account queries. It is a team-based role and will include:
1. Telephone contact with customers across Europe
2. Frequent communication with our Worldwide Sales Offices
3. Liaison with field-based Sales teams
4. Use of our internal systems - AS400, SAP, and Collection Software – full training will be provided.
Qualifications and Skills
You should enjoy working in credit control, cash management, sales ledger, or financial accounts and have:
1. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Credit Control for a high-volume ledger
2. SAP knowledge; S/4 Hana knowledge and experience would be an added advantage
3. Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen and negotiate
4. Good attention to detail
5. Strong organisational skills
6. A positive can-do attitude
7. Ability to think proactively and problem solve.
