Employment Solicitor (NQ+)

Salary: Up to £55,000 (DOE)

About the Role
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Employment Solicitor (NQ+) to join a well-established and expanding team based in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a supportive and progressive environment, working closely with experienced lawyers on a broad range of employment law matters.
You will be responsible for:
* Advising clients on both contentious and non-contentious employment issues.
* Handling matters such as disciplinary procedures, grievances, redundancy processes, TUPE, and tribunal claims.
* Drafting employment contracts, staff handbooks, and settlement agreements.
* Assisting with business development and marketing initiatives to raise the team’s profile.
* Building strong client relationships with individuals, businesses, and HR professionals.
To be successful in this role, you will:
* Be a qualified Solicitor with 0–4 years’ PQE in Employment Law (NQ applications welcome).
* Demonstrate a strong technical understanding of employment legislation and HR processes.
* Have experience in managing client relationships and providing commercially sound advice.
* Be proactive, organised, and able to manage a varied caseload with supervision.
* Have excellent communication skills and a keen interest in developing your career in employment law.
