Client Details As a Legal Personal Assistant, you will be the cornerstone of daily operations, ensuring the directors are fully supported and the office runs smoothly. This is a fully office-based role in Leeds city centre, offering the chance to work closely with senior leadership in a collaborative and professional setting. Description Legal PA - Key Responsibilities: Efficiently manage the directors' diaries, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prepare and format legal documents, correspondence, and reports with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality. Serve as a first point of contact for clients and stakeholders, maintaining a professional and approachable manner. Coordinate and prioritise incoming communication, ensuring all deadlines and actions are met. Provide administrative support for meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up actions. Handle general office tasks such as filing, billing, and managing expenses. Profile About You: Previous experience as a Legal PA or in a similar role within a professional services environment. Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively under pressure. High level of discretion and professionalism when dealing with confidential information. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with legal software (preferred). Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
