We’re looking for a Networker to join our team covering the East Cheshire, Leek & Moorlands territories. Your role will be all about building meaningful relationships with key community stakeholders, like GPs, social workers, local businesses, and other partners, to spread the word about the exceptional care we offer and in turn, build our client base.
What you’ll do:
1. Build Relationships: Forge strong, lasting connections with local GPs, healthcare providers, community leaders, and other potential referral partners. You’ll be the face of Home Instead in the community.
2. Create Opportunities: Through networking and relationship-building, you’ll identify opportunities for Home Instead to offer our services and make a real impact on people's lives.
3. Engage & Influence: Become a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, showing them how our personalised care can make a difference in their clients' lives.
4. Drive Sales: Develop relationships that lead to increased referrals, helping to grow our presence and reputation within the local area.
5. Community Focus: Attend local events, meetings, and outreach opportunities to represent Home Instead and raise awareness about the services we provide.

2. Sales Savvy: You’ve got the skills to network and build connections that lead to results. We'd love to see previous experience in sales, business development, or community outreach.

4. Self-Motivated: You’re a go-getter who can work independently, set your own goals, and thrive in a target-driven environment.
5. Great Communicator: Whether in person or over the phone, you know how to effectively communicate and build rapport. You’re confident, persuasive, and never shy about reaching out.

What else do I need to know?
1. This is a full-time role working Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. Some out of hours working may be required e.g. for an event.
2. You can be based at either our offices in Chelford or central Leek- you may want to hot desk between locations depending on your activities that day.
3. You'll travel on a regular basis, so you must be able to drive and have your own vehicle.
4. We are offering a salary of £27,000.
5. This role is subject to a satisfactory Enhanced DBS check and references.
