Job Description
The Experience Strategy director provides day to day leadership on their accounts defining and delivering the strategy that step change the current customer experience.
As Experience Strategy Director you’ll be responsible for bringing a fresh understanding of the current experience to our clients and finding opportunities where each company can deliver on their customers needs in new and creative ways.
Experience needed:
·A background in consumer experience, ideally across a wide selection of sectors
·Be confident in creating experience maps
·Fluency in brand and digital communications ( digital comms, UX product design), able to adapt marketing theory to support their proposed strategy
·Data savvy; able to ask the right questions of their analysts and confident in combining data from multiple sources to create unique insights that drive the business forward
