The Opportunity The role of a Property Consultant sits within our Business Development Department. The department is responsible for building relationships with existing clients and advising them on every aspect of the property industry. Alongside the nurturing of our existing client base, you will be responsible for sourcing new clients and fostering new relationships by utilising the property portals, Land Registry Database, social media channels and various other marketing methods. Each Property Consultant is responsible for one of JOHNS&CO’s 10 offices, part of this responsibility is to assist both the sales and lettings managers increase overall market share in their locality. With a lucrative commission structure and large database at your disposal this role is ideal for someone who is looking to hit the ground running earning commission from day 1 and has previous experience working in a sales-based position. Key Responsibilities As a Property Consultant at Johns&Co, you will: To make a minimum of 150 calls day to our existing database. Growing market share by building new relationships with potential vendors and landlords. Promoting JOHNS&CO and explaining the benefits of choosing us as their agent Creating a strong collaborative working relationships with our teams in branch Existing Data – to effectively mine, follow up and create opportunities from our database. New Data – To effectively generate new data by targeting properties coming to the market (and always in the market) with other agents utilise land registry, social media (LinkedIn) and marketing methods (individual DM) to contact prospective clients.
