The LIVE Operations team is passionate about all things TikTok LIVE. Our mission is to champion and optimize TikTok LIVE by collaborating with creators and agencies to create a vibrant, fun, and safe space for users while driving business growth.

Responsibilities
1. Strategy, Structure, and Processes:
Develop, implement, and refine strategies to manage, support, and grow agency partners of all sizes to drive TikTok LIVE revenue. Design and maintain structures and processes to ensure the successful implementation of these strategies.
2. Performance Monitoring:
Build and optimize data infrastructure to monitor agency performance effectively. Analyze both quantitative data and qualitative insights to provide actionable recommendations for agencies.
3. Portfolio Management:
Define evaluation criteria for agency partners to guide strategic management actions. Determine agency placement, including transitions to the Key Account team or other tailored engagement models.
4. Engagement, Education, and Support:
Build strong, scalable agency relationships through regular communication, training, events, and operational support. Refine engagement strategies to improve operational effectiveness and foster business growth for agency partners.
5. Operational Policy Support:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create regional operational policies, contracts, and educational resources tailored to agency needs.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above.
2. At least 5 years of experience in industries such as live-streaming, social media, tech, video-sharing, or start-ups, with a strong grasp of market trends and operational strategies.
3. Proven sales or account management background with a focus on achieving targets and a strong understanding of customer and market dynamics.
4. Demonstrated expertise in team leadership and cross-functional collaboration, with a results-driven mindset that promotes collective success.
5. Skilled at developing and executing comprehensive account management strategies that align with business objectives to deliver measurable outcomes.
6. Fluent in Chinese to effectively communicate with Chinese agency partners.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Background in Ads sales/live streaming, showcasing strong communication and negotiation skills.
2. Familiarity with business operations and an understanding of company management principles.
3. Knowledge of Douyin operational models and ecosystems, with experience in similar platforms being a plus.
