Liberty Music PR is searching for a talented and experienced Advertising Manager to join our innovative team. As an Advertising Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimising advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads, and TikTok. Your work will directly impact the visibility and engagement of the artists we represent, making this role crucial to our mission of empowering independent musicians. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and manage advertising strategies for our clients across platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, and improve PPC across all Ads Analyze campaign performance data to optimize ads, improve ROI, and enhance overall effectiveness. Managing Team of Account execs and Design Team Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and optimize ad placements. Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad content and visuals that resonate with target audiences. Manage budgeting for each ad campaign, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize results. Stay updated on industry trends and platform changes to continuously improve campaign performance. Provide reports and insights to clients on campaign progress and results, ensuring transparency and alignment with business objectives. Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge. Research and Develop new services for our Artists Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Proven experience managing advertising campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, and optimising PPC Team management experience Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in the music industry is preferred but not mandatory.
