As a Facilities Administrator at Sodexo, based at BNP Paribas in London, you will be a key support pillar, ensuring the seamless operation of our corporate services. Your professionalism, organization, and discretion will enable the Account Director and management team to deliver outstanding service to our clients.

What you’ll do:
1. Provide general administrative duties, supporting site and regional management teams.
2. Accurately process payroll, invoices, and accounts using tools like MyTime, E-ProphIT, and SAP.
3. Ensure accurate financial reporting and month-end account preparation.
4. Manage purchasing requests, vendor relationships, and maintain a robust audit trail for all transactions.
5. Support compliance by implementing HR systems, conducting safety audits, and maintaining governance.
6. Coordinate induction processes for new starters and ensure timely documentation completion.
7. Proactively identify process improvements and support ad-hoc requests from the site management team.
What you bring:
1. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a service-driven environment.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and working knowledge of SAP, MyTime, and E-ProphIT.
3. Experience in payroll processing, accounts management, and general administration.
4. Excellent numerical, verbal, and communication skills with a focus on confidentiality.
5. A proactive, flexible approach, capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
