In your role you will engage with a range of clients to shape and deliver sustainable business outcomes through a variety of programmes designed to help clients rapidly adapt to and navigate through complex Digital HR Transformations, leveraging the capabilities of ServiceNow. Partnering with our clients across all industries, you will use your ServiceNow expertise to capture, analyse, and document business processes and requirements, and participate in designing solutions to address business requirements and improve people experience. You will be generating new ideas and conceptual frameworks to help solve problems, provide hands on delivery, and create insightful fact-based findings and recommendations, identifying and delivering on-sell or new sales opportunities. By enabling clients to succeed, you will help Capgemini Invent maintain its position as the market leader in Digital Transformation consulting.

As ServiceNow Business Analyst you will play a critical role in maximising the value of the ServiceNow platform within an organisation that aligns to the key business objectives and project requirements.

As a ServiceNow Business Analyst (Senior Consultant) in our Employee Experience & HR Team, you’ll play a key role in driving forward the business growth, model our values and behaviours, and coach and develop junior members of the team. You are preferably a ServiceNow HRSD certified professional with experience implementing functional end to end solutions on ServiceNow with a good understanding of the HR Service Delivery module.
You will help lead the delivery of HR Transformation engagements for complex organisations as well as actively participate in business development activities for ServiceNow and HR opportunities. You’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their challenging business issues from strategy to execution.
Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand their pain points, challenges, and objectives related to employee experience and HR processes.
· Analyse current HR workflows and processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization using the ServiceNow platform.
· Translate HR requirements into functional specifications for ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with HR best practices and compliance standards.
· Design and support the configuration of ServiceNow HR modules, such as HR Service Delivery, Employee Service Centre, and Employee Lifecycle Events, to meet the unique needs of each client.
· Lead workshops and meetings with HR stakeholders to gather requirements, demonstrate solution capabilities, and solicit feedback for continuous improvement.
· Provide guidance and expertise on HR technology trends, industry best practices, and ServiceNow platform capabilities to drive innovation and efficiency.
· Foster strong relationships with HR teams, acting as a trusted advisor and consultant throughout the implementation lifecycle.
· Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing activities to enhance team capabilities and expertise in ServiceNow HR solutions.
· Proactively assisting and supporting in the management and leadership of client engagements, while reporting to Managers and above
