LSH Auto is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Team Leader - Host to join our Flagship dealership team in Stockport. In this pivotal role, you will oversee our front-of-house operations, ensuring that every guest has a remarkable experience from the moment they arrive.
Your primary responsibilities will include managing the Host team, training new team members, and implementing efficient processes to enhance customer interactions. You will be the embodiment of our brand's commitment to exceptional service, leading by example and fostering a welcoming environment.
Hours: 40
Salary: Competitive, plus OTE and benefits
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
* Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within customer service, retail, or hospitality.
* A passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
* A proactive and positive attitude.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, when required.
