This role is currently a 90% service-based role; you would be expected to cover care calls as required.
What will you do?
* Working closely with the Franchise Owner to coordinate the development of high-quality visiting care and live-in care services in the local area.
* Undertaking client consultations, care assessments, care planning, and onboarding new clients.
* Managing any feedback and complaints to ensure that we are focused on improving our service.
* Producing weekly rotas and care scheduling to ensure adequate provision of care.
* Daily troubleshooting and problem-solving, taking part in the on-call rotation.
* Assisting in the training and induction of new team members.
* Assisting with recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
* Facilitating Good Oaks in providing a continuous and reliable service.
* Undertaking care visits, including being available evenings and weekends if needed.
