Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate as part of the site leadership team, driving Commercial and Operational initiatives.
* Lead projects to improve margins and reduce costs sustainably.
* Review and ensure the financial soundness of capital proposals.
* Provide accurate forecasting for capital project spending and escalate any deviations from the approved plan.
* Lead the preparation of daily and weekly KPI reports.
* Take overall responsibility for monthly site management accounts, highlighting variances against weekly reports, budget, and prior year performance.
* Promote cost awareness by ensuring strong overhead control across all functions.
* Review and approve monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
* Regularly forecast site performance and lead the annual budgeting process.
* Monitor and improve internal controls to mitigate key business risks.
* Lead and mentor the onsite finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
