This role supports local businesses and organisations with their advertising needs. You will benefit from a competitive base salary along with an uncapped commission structure. It’s important you possess a hunter sales mentality, thrive in a sales-focused environment, love meeting clients face-to-face, and enjoy working to targets to achieve monthly uncapped commission.
A day in the life at LOCALiQ: You will be a natural communicator, spending your days developing relationships through both the account management of existing business and generating new business. Selling solutions matched to customer needs and increasing customer spend will be at the heart of all you do.
You should be comfortable communicating face to face with your clients after appointment setting, along with speaking regularly over the phone to build further relationships. You will showcase our products and digital-led solutions best suited to the needs of the client. You will hunt for new business opportunities through a sourcing strategy and cold-calling appointments. We are all about bespoke solutions and will give you the freedom to manage your clients effectively. You will form part of the Marketing Solutions Team for your region and work with your colleagues to develop the best overall results for yourself and the business.
What does success in this role look like? To be successful, you must be driven by targets and KPIs and thrive on exceptional customer service. You must be able to build and sustain a healthy pipeline. You will act as an Ambassador for the company and the news brands in your region. You will sell the correct solutions based on meaningful client engagement and provide 360 results feedback on their campaigns. You will be goal-oriented and driven to succeed.
