Property Brochures - every property we put on the market for sales or lettings has a brochure created for it. This involves using Canva to arrange pre-chosen photos and laid out in an existing template. Once signed off, the brochures need to be ordered and delivered to either Surrey or Berkshire arranged Other Marketing Materials - using Canva, create other marketing materials such as flyers for distribution and then have them printed. Green Brochures - Once a house is sold we create an A5 brochure with 5-7 photos of a property and short introduction which is then distributed to the neighbouring area to let owners know of the sale. Ideally, eventually take charge of initiating the order and seeing it through to distribution. My client writes engaging, personable letters to make us stand out from the standard Estate Agent, so the ability to be able to draft a letter for the Head of Property finesse or create the letter and for it to be used as it is. Event Organising - My client don’t have many events but when they do, they want them to be amazing. The assistant will help with brainstorming and research for events and either run it solo or liaise with the Head of Property for the next steps and then action.
