We are looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to collaborate with product managers and engineers in designing innovative web products and apps. Your role will involve designing solutions, from wireframes and prototypes to interaction flows and user interfaces. You will set a vision for the user experience and collaborate with others to research and prototype concepts that enhance user experience.
Working autonomously, you’ll take charge and responsibility for your work with meticulous attention to detail. You’ll produce and iterate over concepts and prototypes at pace, balancing high detail and low fidelity as needed. Additionally, you’ll play an active role in ensuring the quality of developed designs and make informed design and user experience decisions related to features.
Taking a user-centred approach, you’ll rapidly test and iterate over your designs to meet user needs. You will work seamlessly with team members and stakeholders, contributing to the development of new products and our brands.

What will I be doing?
* Design solutions including wireframes, prototypes, interaction flows, and user interfaces.
* Set a vision for user experience, collaborating to research and prototype concepts.
* Work autonomously, taking responsibility for your work with attention to detail.
* Produce and iterate over concepts and prototypes, balancing high and low fidelity as needed.
* Make strategic design and user experience decisions related to features, ensuring quality assurance.
* Take a user-centred design approach, rapidly testing and iterating designs, and collaborating effectively with team members and stakeholders.
What do I need?
* Strong UX/UI experience within a digital environment, with fluency in visual and interaction design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Invision, Framer).
* Passionate about resolving user pain points through great design and creative input for features and improvements.
* Experience working collaboratively in a multi-discipline team with a lean, agile approach and a growth mindset.
* Proficient in usability testing, A/B testing, and other testing methodologies.
* Understanding of HTML/CSS and exposure to React and/or React Native.
* Ability to work with a strict MVP approach, rapidly iterating designs and features.
