his Role is fully remotewith occasional trips to the office or the client sites theCandidate must live in the UK and have the ability to travel toMaidenhead as well as GreaterLondon.
Main purpose of therole:
* Bringing new clients to thebusiness.
* Creating a systematic sustainableclient acquisition strategy.
* Ensuringcompliance with Integrated Management System (IMS) ISO 9001 and ISO27001 standards within the Company.
Reports to Vice President Sales
Required minimum education and workexperience:
* 4 Years ofsales and business development experience
* Bachelors degree in relevant field orequivalent work experience
Key performance areas:
* Identify new logo businessopportunity
* Acquire new clients
* Postacquisitionmanagement
* External relationship building andmaintenance
* SelfManagement and building theorganization
Technicalknowledge / competencies:
* Strong sales and technicalknowhow
* Knowledge of Sales processes
* Report writing
* Knowledgeof industry and market specifically around the Microsoft Azure /Sentinel managed servicesoffering
Description of keyperformance areas:
Identifynew logo business opportunity:
* Review and analyse currentbest client profiles based on profitability and growth potential.
* Calculate and manage client acquisition cost(CAC).
* Manage the evaluation of potentialopportunities.
Acquire newclients:
* Maintain a strongnetwork of cyber security partners/companies.
* Work closely with business clients tounderstand their collaboration and business needs.
* Determine appropriate acquisition methodsbased on CAC and market trends.
* Calculate andmanage client lifetime value.
Postacquisitionmanagement:
* Liaiseinternally with Account Managers PreSales and crossfunctionalteams.
* Provide quality information to internalteams.
Externalrelationship building and maintenance:
* Promote the companyexternally as a preferred partner.
* Respond toexternal requests for information.
* Proactivelymake contacts and attendconferences.
SelfManagementand building the organisation:
* Set goals for personaldevelopment.
* Demonstrate professional andculturally appropriate behaviour.
* Contribute tosharing best practices and attend onsite learningopportunities.
